Williamsburg accounts for the top sale and two more entries on the list; the others closed in Cardinal, in Mathews County, and in Gloucester. James River frontage figures in both of the top two closings, and build years run from 1984 to a custom house completed this year.

The Drummonds Field house at 2515 Manion Dr claimed the week’s highest reported price, closing August 10, 2026, at $1.1 million.
