A brick estate on a private 1.27-acre lot in Carmel’s gated Coppergate community sold for $2.17 million, the highest-priced home sale publicly reported in the Indianapolis, Indiana metro area for the week ending August 16, 2026.

The week’s five highest reported closings combined for $8.58 million and span Carmel, Cicero, Fishers, Zionsville and Westfield, taking in the Coppergate, Canal Place, Austin Oaks and Chatham Hills communities.
