The five highest-priced home sales publicly reported in the Cape Coral, Florida metro area for the week ending August 9, 2026, combined for $13.15 million. Leading the list was a Bonita Bay estate in Bonita Springs that closed at $3,800,000 on August 7.

Bonita Springs and Estero accounted for most of the week’s top closings, from golf course communities inland to a Gulf-front stretch of Bonita Beach, while a newly built canal-front home gave Cape Coral itself a place on the list.
