These are the highest-priced home sales reported in Yakima Valley, Washington for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together the five sold for $3.3 million. All five are single-family homes in Yakima County, and four of them are in Selah. The fifth is in the Ahtanum area of Yakima, and at 1953 it is the oldest of the group, while the newest dates to 2018.
Land is the common thread. Two of the five sit on more than two acres, and several come with the kind of outbuildings country buyers look for: a sport court, a detached ADU and two separate 40-by-60 shops. John L Scott Yakima listed three of the five homes, including the top two.
No. 1 — $950,000 · 1953 Crusher Canyon Rd, Selah, Washington

Much of the appeal is outdoors. Mature landscaping surrounds the home, and the grounds include an in-ground pool, a gazebo and a full-size sport court suited to tennis, pickleball and basketball. A detached garage and RV parking sit on the property as well, along with a shed.
Inside, the living room rises to a vaulted ceiling paneled in wood, with a stone fireplace that runs from floor to ceiling and tall windows that bring in daylight. The main level has two bedrooms and an office. One of those bedrooms is the primary suite, which has its own fireplace, a walk-in closet and a private bath with a double vanity. The finished lower level adds a large recreation room, a second living area and three more bedrooms, one of them with its own bath. There is also an eat-in kitchen and an oversized laundry room.
