No. 2 — $800,000 · 12800 SW 58th St, Mustang, Oklahoma

Top home sale No. 2 in Yukon-Mustang Area, Oklahoma β€” 12800 SW 58th St, Mustang, Oklahoma, week ending November 1, 2026

The largest home in this week’s group, with 8,314 square feet of living space, is a custom contemporary in Mustang that needs significant work. Built in 2018 of brick and stone on 5.37 acres, it has two stories, six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half baths, and a five-car garage, the most bedrooms, bathrooms and garage spaces among the five.

The entry shows the scale the home was built for, with a curved staircase trimmed in ornamental ironwork, high ceilings, tall windows and chandeliers. Elsewhere there are coffered ceilings, dark millwork, built-ins, granite surfaces and two fireplaces, and the kitchen is oversized, with extensive custom cabinetry. The primary suite has a large bath and generous closet space.

Parts of the interior are unfinished or only partly renovated, and the home needs a new roof along with other repairs and deferred maintenance. On the acreage are a pond, a detached shop, an in-ground pool that needs rehabilitation and an extensive concrete drive.

Doug Arnett of OKC Metro Group Realty was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, so the same agent was on both sides of the sale.

Top home sale No. 4 in Yukon-Mustang Area, Oklahoma β€” 5009 Morgan Rd NE, Piedmont, Oklahoma, week ending November 1, 2026

This one-owner, custom-built traditional home in Piedmont dates to 1993, the oldest of the week’s five, and sits on 11.90 wooded, rural acres. The property last sold for $17,500 in 1986, before the current house was built.

At 1,984 square feet, it is the smallest of the five homes by living area, with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a half bath on one level. An antique mantel frames the living-area fireplace, with a large window on each side looking out to the backyard. The primary bedroom has a gas log fireplace of its own and an en-suite bath with a whirlpool tub, double vanities and a shower, plus a walk-in closet. Both bathrooms keep a vintage look, with ceramic tile in playful colors, and antiques collected by the owners turn up around the home, among them several light fixtures and the kitchen pantry door.

The home has water views, and a wrought-iron fence surrounds the pool. The 36-by-48-foot horse barn has three stalls, a tack room and hay storage, and a cabana already wired and plumbed is ready to be finished as a pool house.

The home went under contract seven days after it was listed and sold at its full asking price. Laura Robertson of Keller Williams Central OK was the listing agent with Laurie Patterson, also of Keller Williams Central OK, and Chad Stinson of McGraw Davisson Stewart (BO) represented the buyer.
