These are the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Kingsport-Bristol Area (Tennessee) for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together they came to a combined $3.211 million. Four of the five are in Sullivan County, with sales in Bristol, Piney Flats and two in Kingsport, while the fifth is in Rogersville in Hawkins County. All five are single-family homes, and the group ranges from a three-story brick Colonial to homes with docks on the lake.
No. 1 — $800,000 · 2070 King College Rd, Bristol, Tennessee

The top sale of the week is a brick Colonial in Greystone Estates in Bristol, and it is organized less like one home than like three. The main and upper floors make up the primary residence, a finished basement works as a separate apartment, and a 400-square-foot room with its own entrance and a half bath sits apart from both, reached by an outside staircase from the back deck.
Built in 1999, it is the newest of the five homes and the largest, with 5,543 square feet on three stories, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, four full and three half. Its 1.35 acres are also the biggest lot in the group, and the land is unrestricted, with no homeowners association and a fenced backyard.
An entrance foyer leads into the kitchen, where a large gas cooktop is set into the granite island and there is a double oven. The living room has a gas-log fireplace and looks out to the backyard, and there are a formal dining room and a sitting room behind an arched entry. The main floor has two primary suites. The larger one has a tray ceiling, a jetted whirlpool tub, a separate shower, two granite vanities and a walk-in closet, and the second has a bathroom of its own. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, plus a full bath and a small alcove. The basement level has a kitchenette, a living area, a bedroom with a full bath, a private entrance and a two-car garage of its own, part of four garage spaces in all.
The property last sold in 2014 for $423,000. This time it sold for $800,000, its full asking price, with Alexis P Greene of Foundation Realty Group as the listing agent and Lindsey Cutshaw of Southbound Real Estate representing the buyer.

No. 2 — $639,000 · 490 Hideaway Farm Rd, Piney Flats, Tennessee

The second-highest sale was a Contemporary home on 1.02 acres on Boone Lake in Piney Flats, at 490 Hideaway Farm Road. The waterfront comes equipped: a boat dock and a boat house, a boat lift and a ramp for jet skis, with views of the water and the mountains. Back on land, there are wide stretches of decking, a firepit and a detached four-car garage with storage space above it and a workshop at the back.
Built in 1986, the home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,662 square feet. The kitchen island has a warming drawer and a beverage refrigerator, and the cooking is done on a Viking gas range. On the main level, a stone fireplace anchors the living room, which has refinished hardwood floors, and the floor also has a dining area, a screened porch and a bedroom. The primary suite takes the upper level, with a freestanding soaking tub that looks toward the lake, a walk-in shower, a double vanity, an office and a private deck. A lower level opens to the backyard through patio doors.
Ella Helton of The Addington Agency Bristol was the listing agent for the $639,000 sale, and Dalena Sorrell of CENTURY 21 Legacy represented the buyer.

The home is a two-story brick Cape Cod built in 1995, with three bedrooms, four bathrooms and 3,096 square feet on 0.79 acres, and a rolling front lawn. Lake access and downtown Rogersville are a few minutes away.
The primary suite is on the main floor and has a sitting area, a large walk-in closet and its own bath. In the kitchen, African quartz counters top custom cabinets, with a gas range and a tile backsplash. Two bonus rooms give the home space beyond its bedrooms for an office, a media room or a place for guests. There is a two-car garage.

No. 4 — $592,000 · 427 Gammon Rd, Kingsport, Tennessee

On Gammon Road in Kingsport, this 1979 Contemporary home sits directly on the main channel of Boone Lake, a short walk from LakeView Marina, with a private dock. Its 0.42 acres make it the smallest lot of the five, and the home makes the most of the water instead: the living room rises to a vaulted ceiling and opens to wide views of the lake.
The home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,696 square feet. Most of daily life is on the main floor, which has the primary suite with an updated bath, two more bedrooms, a guest bath, the kitchen, a dining area and laundry. The kitchen has a gas-log fireplace. Below, on a walk-out level, are the fourth bedroom with a full bath and a large walk-in closet, and a sunroom with heating and cooling that faces the water. The kitchen cabinets and counters have been refreshed, the bathrooms renovated and luxury vinyl plank laid throughout. Tri-Cities Airport is nearby.
The property last sold in 2023 for $460,000. It sold for $592,000, above its asking price of $589,000. Aubrey Talarico of KW Johnson City was the listing agent, and Sherri Monroe of CENTURY 21 Legacy represented the buyer.

The Contemporary home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms in 3,714 square feet. A wraparound deck runs off the main level, which has the primary suite, with an updated shower, and a second bedroom. The finished lower level walks out to the yard and has more bedrooms, a full bath, a large recreation room and a wine cellar.
