Clarksville Area (Tennessee) Top 5 Home Sales: A Barndominium on 39 Acres in Clarksville Leads the Week

These are the highest-priced home sales reported in Clarksville Area (Tennessee) for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together the five sold for $4.06 million. Three are in Clarksville and two are in Cunningham, all of them in Montgomery County, and every one is a single-family home.

The week splits between land and new neighborhoods. Two of the homes sit on large rural tracts, while the other three are in subdivisions and were built in the past few years, including one completed in 2026.

No. 1 — $1,450,000 · 5365 Sango Rd, Clarksville, Tennessee

Top home sale No. 1 in Clarksville Area (Tennessee) β€” 5365 Sango Rd, Clarksville, Tennessee, week ending November 1, 2026

The most expensive sale of the week was also the smallest home on the list. The property at 5365 Sango Road in Clarksville sold for $1,450,000, and what the buyer gets is mostly land: 39 acres of woods and pasture with roughly 1,400 feet of frontage along Passenger Creek and a spring that runs year-round. The listing describes the acreage as good hunting ground for deer, turkey, dove, rabbit and squirrel.

The home itself is a barndominium, a one-story ranch built in 2022 with wood siding and a covered patio. Its 1,920 square feet are given over to a single bedroom and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet, a double vanity and a large double shower. There is a kitchen with a big walk-in pantry, a large entertainment room and a storage room. An attached two-car garage of about 1,900 square feet is unfinished and could be converted into more living space.

Ralph Harvey of ListWithFreedom.com was the listing agent.

No. 2 — $739,900 · 4943 Royal View Way Lot 78, Clarksville, Tennessee

Top home sale No. 2 in Clarksville Area (Tennessee) β€” 4943 Royal View Way Lot 78, Clarksville, Tennessee, week ending November 1, 2026

The newest home in the Top 5, and the largest, is at 4943 Royal View Way Lot 78 in the Wofford Estates neighborhood of Clarksville. Completed in 2026, the two-story contemporary has a brick exterior and 3,217 square feet on a lot of just over an acre, with four bedrooms, two of them on the main level, and three bathrooms. It sold for $739,900.

Much of the interest here is in how the home was built. The walls have extra insulation, the crawl space is encapsulated, and the closets have no wire shelving. In the kitchen, a walk-in pantry is tucked out of sight and has its own door to the outside, so groceries can come straight in from the car. The great room has a fireplace insert, and outside there are a covered deck, a porch and water spigots on every side of the home. The property is zoned for Kirkwood Middle and High School.

The home sold at its full asking price. Su Whetsell of Haus Realty & Management LLC and Colleen Marquez of – Tennessee, Haus Realty & Management LLC were the listing agents, and Leslie Pointer of Benchmark Realty, LLC represented the buyer.
