The top sale of the week was a newly built Homearama showcase home by Justin Doyle Homes, which sold for $3,700,000. Finished in 2026, the stone-clad Transitional home sits on 2.35 acres in Loveland, minutes from the town’s downtown, and has 8,126 square feet of living space, the most of any home on this week’s list.

The primary suite has its own fireplace, two walk-in closets and a spa-style bath.

There are five bedrooms and six bathrooms, four full and two half, in all. Three of the bedrooms are upstairs, along with a loft and a playroom. The finished walk-out lower level adds a theater, an exercise room, a recreation room and a guest suite. The home went under contract 27 days after it was listed and sold at its full asking price. Rick J Finn and Holly Finn of Coldwell Banker Realty were the listing agents, and Rick J Finn also represented the buyer, so the same agent was on both sides of the sale.
