The five highest-priced home sales reported in Bucks County, Pennsylvania for the week ending November 1, 2026 added up to $7.944 million. All five are single-family homes with four or five bedrooms, and their ages span more than two centuries, from a home built in 1800 to one completed in 2019.
No. 1 — $2,550,000 · 108 Beaumont Dr, Newtown, Pennsylvania

The top sale of the week was a converted barn on Beaumont Drive in Newtown, a 6,294-square-foot home on 3.42 acres that sold for $2,550,000. The property, known as Eight Bells, is set behind a gated entrance. The conversion kept the barn’s original exposed beams and stonework, and on the main level radiant heated hardwood floors run under tall ceilings and large windows.
An office and a full bath share that floor with an open living area. The living room is centered on a fireplace, the dining area is surrounded by windows facing the gardens, and the gourmet kitchen has a large island and custom cabinetry. The primary suite is on the lower level, where the stone walls and wood beams continue. Its marble bath has mother-of-pearl mosaic floors, a glass shower and a soaking tub, and the suite also has a dressing hall lined with closets and a separate sitting and dressing room. Two guest suites are on the second floor, and a room on the third floor could serve as another bedroom or an office. A private one-bedroom guest apartment, with its own kitchen, living room and deck, can be reached from inside the home or through a separate entrance with an elevator.
Outside, a bluestone terrace with an outdoor kitchen overlooks a swimming pool fitted with eight fountain heads. The grounds also include a koi pond with a waterfall, illuminated gardens, mature trees and a court for tennis and pickleball. The property last sold in 2010 for $630,000.
Kevin Steiger of Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty was the listing agent for the week’s highest-priced sale, and Daniela Deluca of Addison Wolfe Real Estate represented the buyer.

No. 3 — $1,375,000 · 2310 Sandhurst Dr, Jamison, Pennsylvania

Much of the appeal of 2310 Sandhurst Drive in Jamison is behind the home. Past those spaces are a large, flat lawn and a sizable storage shed.

A two-story foyer with an oak spiral staircase leads on one side to a formal living room, now set up for billiards, with an office beyond it, and on the other to a formal dining room that connects to the kitchen. A family room with a stone fireplace lies just past the informal dining area, and a second staircase off the kitchen reaches the bedrooms. The primary suite has vaulted ceilings, a sitting area, two closets and a bath with a glass-enclosed shower. The finished lower level is divided into several areas and includes a hidden room behind a reinforced decorative wall. The three-car garage is temperature-controlled.
