These are the highest-priced home sales reported in the Charlotte Area, North Carolina for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together the five came to $10.814 million. All five are in Charlotte, in close-in neighborhoods: Cotswold, Eastover, Barclay Downs and, twice, Myers Park.
The group spans six decades of building, from a brick ranch finished in 1966 to a home completed this year. Three are single-family homes and two are townhomes, and Corcoran HM Properties was the listing brokerage on three of the five sales.
