The highest-priced home sales reported in Rockland County, New York for the week ending November 1, 2026 added up to $9.52 million, and the top of the list was a dead heat: two homes, one in Montebello and one in Spring Valley, sold for the same price.
Behind them came two sales in the Hudson River village of Piermont, a newly built Colonial and a waterfront condominium, which together sold for $3,845,000. The fifth sale, in Monsey, was the oldest home of the group and also the largest. Four of the five are single-family homes, and the week’s ages ran across more than seven decades.
No. 1 — $2,000,000 · 35 Senator Levy Drive, Montebello, New York

Water and old trees set the scene at 35 Senator Levy Drive in Montebello. A cascading waterfall runs on the grounds, and the 1.55-acre property, the largest lot among the five, is planted with mature specimen trees. The landscaped, level setting is private, and outdoors there is a heated in-ground pool, sculpted to look natural, along with a hot tub, a patio and a terrace.
The Colonial was built in 2000 and has 4,591 square feet, four bedrooms and six bathrooms, four of them full and two half. A two-story foyer leads into a two-story great room, and the chef’s kitchen, with an island, granite counters and a breakfast bar, looks out on the gardens. On the second floor, the primary suite comes with a dressing room and a bonus room set up for exercise. Another bedroom has its own bath and walk-in closet, and the remaining two share a Jack-and-Jill bath. There is a fireplace and a three-car attached garage.
