These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in East Metro & St. Croix Valley, Minnesota for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together they came to $7.69 million. All five are in Washington County, two of them in Stillwater, with the others in Saint Paul, Lake Elmo and Marine On Saint Croix.
The group spans more than seven decades of building, from a home built in 1952 to one completed in 2026, and in size it runs from 874 square feet to nearly 6,000.
No. 1 — $2,486,500 · 1161 Park Ave, Saint Paul, Minnesota
On the shore of White Bear Lake in the East Shore Park neighborhood, the home at 1161 Park Avenue sold for $2,486,500. It was built in 1992 and remodeled and expanded in 2023 and 2024, and it looks west across the water. The approach to the shoreline is low, and the lake is there for boating and swimming.
The main level is open, organized around a large kitchen. A screened porch opens straight off the kitchen, and the porch, kitchen, dining room and living room all have a view of the lake; the living room also has a gas fireplace. Upstairs, a newly added primary suite looks out on the water, and that floor also has two more bedrooms, a full bath and a laundry room.

The 874-square-foot home at 12330 Panama Avenue North in the Crescent Beach neighborhood of Stillwater was listed at $899,000, went under contract five days later and sold for $985,000. Built in 1952, the one-story home has one bedroom and one bathroom on 0.65 acres with lake frontage, an accessible shoreline and a sandy lake bottom.
