No. 1 — $2,632,500 · 4911 Pinnacle Blvd, Rochester, Michigan

Top home sale No. 1 in Troy-Rochester Area, Michigan — 4911 Pinnacle Blvd, Rochester, Michigan, week ending November 1, 2026

The top sale of the week was a brick and stone Colonial in the Pinnacle community in Rochester, built by Moceri in 2014. It sold for $2,632,500. The home sits on a 0.65-acre corner lot with a circular driveway, and its heated four-car garage faces the side and is set up for electric-vehicle charging.

A two-story entrance foyer with a sweeping staircase opens to the main rooms, and custom trim and tray ceilings carry through the home. The kitchen is organized around an oversized island, with custom cabinetry and appliances from Sub-Zero, Miele and Wolf, and a dedicated wine room sits alongside it. Dinners can be formal, in a dining room served by a butler’s prep hall, or casual. Two private offices share a central lounge, the family room and the library each have a fireplace, and an elevator reaches every level, the garage included.

Upstairs, the primary suite has custom walk-in closets, a spa-style bath, a breakfast bar and its own fireplace. Three more bedrooms share that floor with a loft that can serve as a media room. In all, the home has four bedrooms, four full and two half baths and 9,026 square feet of living space, the largest of the five. The finished daylight lower level adds a theater, a full bath and a full bar with room for entertaining. The covered lanai has a stone fireplace of its own, and the paver patio has a fire pit. Downtown Rochester is a few minutes away.

The home went under contract 20 days after it was listed. Dan A Gutfreund of Signature Sotheby’s International Realty Bham was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, so the same agent was on both sides of the week’s highest-priced sale.
