These are the highest-priced home sales reported in the Denver Area, Colorado market for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together the five sold for a combined $20.37 million.
Every one of the five is in the city of Denver, and the group spans more than a century of building. Two are condominiums and three are single-family homes, and they range from a two-bedroom residence in a full-service building to a seven-bedroom contemporary in Central Park.
No. 1 — $10,250,000 · 250 Columbine Street #701, Denver, Colorado

The top sale of the week was a corner penthouse on the upper level of 250 Columbine in Cherry Creek North, and it moved quickly. The condominium went under contract two days after it was listed and sold for $10,250,000, which was $1.3 million above its $8.95 million asking price.
Built in 2015, the residence occupies the northwest corner of the building and looks out over downtown Denver and the Front Range. It has 4,627 square feet on a single level, with ceilings that rise to 12 feet and broad expanses of glass. At the corner of the living area, a NanaWall retracts completely, so the kitchen, living room and dining room open straight onto a covered terrace. Out there, the terrace is laid out as a series of outdoor rooms: separate areas for sitting and for dining, a lounge where a television is hidden from view, and an outdoor kitchen.
The kitchen pairs white cabinetry with stone surfaces and has a large island, a walk-in pantry and a second butler’s pantry, along with a breakfast nook lined with windows that also opens to the terrace. The home has three bedrooms and five bathrooms. The primary suite includes a sitting room with a fireplace and built-in shelves, its own balcony, and a bath that leads to a walk-in closet measuring 30 feet by 7 feet. The other two bedrooms also reach a balcony, and there is a separate office. Residents of the building share a fitness facility, a plunge pool, an outdoor lounge and a front desk, with the restaurants, galleries and shops of Cherry Creek North around it.
Josh Behr of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty was the listing agent, and Jon Troshynski of Compass – Denver represented the buyer.
