The week’s top sale was a 1930 Tudor on a tree-lined street in East Sacramento’s Fabulous Forties neighborhood, which sold for $2,000,000. The oldest of the five homes, it also has the smallest living area and the smallest lot of the group, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,767 square feet on 7,100 square feet of land. The property last sold for $1.159 million in 2014.

A natural-stone patio greets visitors at the front. Two bedrooms are downstairs and two are upstairs. The primary suite has a high ceiling, and its bath pairs a dual-head shower and a separate tub with a pair of large vanities.

The covered outdoor living area was designed by architect Dennis Greenbaum. It is finished in natural stone, with lighting and a built-in kitchen that includes a barbecue and a refrigerator, and it looks out over an English garden with a fountain.

The home went under contract five days after it was listed and sold just above its $1.995 million asking price. Debbie Davis of Windermere Signature Properties LP was the listing agent, and Todd Wilson of Realty ONE Group Complete represented the buyer.
