The group spans more than a century of building. The oldest home dates to 1890 and the newest to 2011, and the list runs from a city corner lot in a historic district to a country property on 5.87 acres. Four of the sales were single-family homes; the fifth was a condominium facing the Atlantic.
No. 1 — $1,200,000 · 739 E 45th Street, Savannah, Georgia

The top sale of the week is a Spanish Mission home built in 1927 on a corner lot in Savannah’s Dixon neighborhood. It has the features that define the style: a tower, a stucco exterior finished by hand, a roof of clay tile and arched openings. The home was featured on the 2026 Ardsley Park Garden Club Tour of Homes.
Much of its life is lived outdoors. French doors open to a central courtyard with a fountain and a shaded garden, and there is a second courtyard as well as a private garden at the rear. A balcony, a front porch and landscape lighting round out the exterior.
The home has been restored. Inside are original hardwood floors and pecky cypress details, along with windows and exterior doors made by Merriman’s Millworks of Savannah. A structural redesign opened the kitchen to the dining room; the kitchen now has a large white oak island, inset cabinetry, Cambria quartz countertops and a Wolf range. A wood-burning fireplace warms the family room, and the primary suite is on the upper level. In all, the home has three bedrooms, two full baths and a half bath in 3,203 square feet, on a lot of 6,299 square feet, with a one-car garage.
