The week’s highest-priced sale was the waterfront home at 1209 Manucy Road, which sold for $1,763,000. What sets the property apart is outside: a private dock on the Nassau River with deep-water access. The concrete-block home, built in 1984, sits on 0.65 acres beneath the live oaks of a designated Canopy Road, where Spanish moss hangs from the branches and wildlife is plentiful. Inside are terrazzo floors, warm wood accents, vaulted ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. Cynthia Tomassetti of CHRISTIE’S INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE FIRST COAST was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, so the same agent was on both sides of the sale. It was the only sale among this week’s five with one agent on both sides.
