The five highest-priced home sales reported in Columbus & Chattahoochee Valley, Georgia for the week ending October 25, 2026 came to a combined $2.06 million. Three of the homes are in Columbus, one is in Midland and one is in Box Springs, and they span more than eight decades of building, from a 1939 Colonial in Edgewood Heights to a home completed in 2019 in Whitesville Walk.
The week’s list runs from a country property on more than nine acres to established in-town neighborhoods, with two ranch homes in between and every sale priced from $339,900 to $525,000.
No. 1 — $525,000 · 276 Waverly Hall Rd, Box Springs, Georgia

The week’s top sale is a country home on 9.31 acres off Highway 80 in Box Springs, which sold for $525,000. The land is level and wooded, with creek frontage and a private backyard. There is a recently installed in-ground pool, along with a patio and a gas grill, and three outbuildings give the owners room for storage or a workshop.
The home began as a farmhouse of about 1,300 square feet before the seller added roughly 1,700 more, and it now has 2,996 square feet, the most living space of the five homes. Built in 1990 and finished in cement siding, it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two full and one half. The interior leans on wood: pine shiplap on the walls, real wood trim, golden-oak stained finishes, a hand-hewn banister with red oak stair treads, and hickory-faced cabinets in the kitchen. An office keeps its built-in desks, hutch and open shelving, and the upstairs space could serve as a playroom or be finished as more bedrooms.
From the property it is about a 15-minute drive to the restaurants and shops of Midland Commons. The property last sold for $185,000 in 2021.
