In Ahtanum, a home built in 2010 on 28.86 acres sold for $825,000, the top price of the week. It is the newest home on the list and has the largest lot, a secluded, open property with mountain views and a creek along its southern border.

The two-story A-frame was custom built and planned around its views. Large windows, stucco walls and custom wood beams frame an open floor plan. The kitchen opens into the living and dining area and has a pantry, a propane cooktop, built-in appliances and cabinetry of custom wood. On the main level, the primary bedroom has a walk-in closet, a door to the patio and an en suite bath with double sinks.

A wide landing on the upper floor leads to the other two bedrooms. French doors and oversized windows open one of them to the views, and the other has its own entrance and patio. A bonus room connects to a den or office that also has a separate entrance, an arrangement that works for guests or for working from home. In all, the home has three bedrooms and two full baths plus a half bath in 3,114 square feet, and it is wired for a generator.

Outside are a covered patio, a deck, a hot tub and a fire pit. A shed and a shipping-container unit provide storage, and there is RV parking with hookups as well as an attached garage. The land has pockets of wildflowers and plenty of hiking.
