The week’s top sale was a home at The Lookout, a residential community in Chelan one mile from the restaurants, shops and waterfront of downtown. Built in 2021, it is the newest of the five, and it sold for $1,700,000.
Known as the Summit House, the home has a reversed-living plan, and its design is aimed at the lake, mountain and territorial views from each level. From the dining room, sliding glass doors open onto a TimberTech deck that wraps around the home and has a fire pit table for evenings outside. Inside are engineered hardwood floors, quartz countertops, knotty-alder cabinets, vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace on the upper level. The home also includes a 715-square-foot gym, motorized solar shades and a heated paver driveway.
There are four bedrooms, four full baths and a half bath in 3,625 square feet, along with a daylight basement, on a lot of 4,356 square feet. Its five bathrooms are the most among this week’s sales. Residents of The Lookout have lake and marina access on site, as well as a community pool. The property last sold for $295,000 in 2019, before the current home was built.
