These are the highest-priced home sales reported in the Eugene-Springfield Area, Oregon for the week ending October 25, 2026, and together the five sold for $3.69 million. Four are in Eugene and one is in Pleasant Hill, all in Lane County.
Every one of them is a single-family home, three are single-story, and none is new construction. What sets the group apart is how much room each one makes for life beyond the main rooms: shops, studios, separate living quarters, gardens and space to park a trailer or a boat.
No. 1 — $995,000 · 3222 Riverplace Dr, Eugene, Oregon

The week’s top sale was a single-level stucco home on Riverplace Drive in Goodpasture Island, designed by Harbor South. Built in 1998, it is the newest of the five. The approach is marked by a pond in the shape of a volcano, and inside, an open floor plan is lined with windows that bring in natural light.
The living room has a gas fireplace. The kitchen combines granite with tile floors and an eating bar, and the dining room has a built-in hutch and a glass door out to the covered patio. French doors lead into a private office fitted with a built-in desk, a coffee bar, a wet bar and generous built-in storage.
