The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Southwest Twin Cities Area, Minnesota for the week ending October 25, 2026 totaled $6.69 million. Two of the sales were in Prior Lake and two were in Victoria, with the fifth in Eden Prairie, so the list reaches across Scott, Carver and Hennepin counties.
Four of the homes are single-family houses and one is a townhouse, and two of the five are new construction. In two of the sales, the same agent was on both sides.
No. 1 — $1,750,000 · 14468 Shady Beach Trl NE, Prior Lake, Minnesota
The top sale of the week is a lakefront home in Prior Lake that sold for $1,750,000. Built in 2018, the two-story home is on the water, where the lake bottom is sand, and it has lake and panoramic views. The property last sold for $1.5 million in 2022.
The home has three bedrooms, two full and two half baths and 2,872 square feet of living space, with a gas fireplace in the family room. It also has a deck and an attached two-car garage, on a lot of 9,801 square feet.
