These are the highest-priced home sales reported in Lake Minnetonka & West Metro, Minnesota for the week ending October 25, 2026, and together they came to $7.625 million. All five are in Hennepin County, and each one is in a different city: Saint Louis Park, Mound, Minnetonka, Orono and Long Lake.
The group ranges from a home finished in 2023 to one built in 1994, and from a townhome on a lot of 6,534 square feet to a property of 5.64 acres with a pool and a pole barn. Four are single-family homes; the fifth is the only townhome on the list.
No. 1 — $2,000,000 · 4021 W 39th St, Saint Louis Park, Minnesota

The top sale of the week is also the newest home on the list. Built in 2023 in the Minikahda Park neighborhood of Saint Louis Park, the home at 4021 West 39th Street sold for $2,000,000. Its backyard opens onto Minikahda Vista Park, and the great room on the main level looks out over that green space.
The home has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and 4,643 square feet on two stories, plus a finished walkout lower level. On the main floor, the kitchen is paired with a large butler’s pantry, and a room near it can serve as a bedroom or a private office. A screened porch fitted with Phantom Screens connects the inside to the outdoors. Upstairs are the primary suite, with two walk-in closets and a bath with dual vanities, two more bedrooms linked by a shared Jack and Jill bath, and a loft that could become another bedroom.
The lower level was built with entertaining in mind: a large recreation room with a gas fireplace, a kitchenette and a door straight out to the yard. Outside, a paver patio and a fire pit face the park, and the heated three-car garage has epoxy floors. The property last sold for $330,000 in 2022, before the current home was built.

No. 2 — $1,725,000 · 2948 Pelican Point Cir, Mound, Minnesota
