No. 1 — $639,000 · 8400 Donnington Ct, Fort Smith, Arkansas

The top sale of the week was a home built in 2019 as a Showcase Home in The Crest Of Stoneshire At C.C., and it closed at $639,000. The two-story brick home takes the form of a modern farmhouse with a European influence, and its interior leans on craftsmanship: vaulted and beamed ceilings, custom brick accent walls, and built-in cabinetry that continues from the kitchen into the pantry, the living areas, the hallway and the landing upstairs.
The kitchen has quartz counters and GE CafΓ© appliances, with a butler’s pantry alongside. A custom accordion door opens the living room to a covered entertaining area outdoors, where the patio has a steel pergola with louvers that adjust by remote, a gas fire pit and a gas grill with a griddle and rotisserie. The sound system wired through the main living spaces reaches the patio as well. Inside, a fireplace anchors the family room.
At 2,835 square feet, it is the largest home of the five, with four bedrooms, two full baths and a half bath on a landscaped lot of a third of an acre. Practical touches include a laundry chute, a backup generator, spray foam insulation and a walk-in attic for storage.
