The five highest-priced home sales reported in Tucson Metro Area, Arizona for the week ending October 25, 2026 came to a combined $5.068 million. All five were single-family homes in Tucson, and they span nearly a century of building, from a Spanish-style home of the late 1920s to one completed in 2016.

Two of the sales were in the Tucson Mountains, where both homes sit on more than three acres of desert. The others were in Sam Hughes, Granada Park and Tanque Verde. In one of the week’s sales, the same agent was on both sides.

Top home sale No. 2 in Tucson Metro Area, Arizona β€” 7102 W Ina Rd, Tucson, Arizona, week ending October 25, 2026

Behind a gate on 3.31 acres in the Tucson Mountains, this brick ranch home is surrounded by saguaros and open desert, with mountain views and both sunrise and sunset in sight. Built in 1996, it sold for $1,145,000 and was the largest of the week’s five homes, with 6,399 square feet, six bedrooms and five bathrooms, four full and one half.

The design borrows from mid-century modern architecture. In the living room, a brick fireplace sits beneath a cathedral ceiling crossed with wood beams. The kitchen has an island, two ovens and a walk-in butler’s pantry, and a custom 200-gallon fish tank is built into the space.

Below the main floor, a full walkout basement is arranged as a separate living wing, with its own exterior entrance, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The home also has a media room and a game room with a bar, as well as an exercise room and a craft room. A casita can serve as a guest studio or a home office.

A circular driveway leads to an oversized garage with room for six cars, and the property has a workshop and storage. Outdoors there is a covered patio, an outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue and play equipment set among native plants. Hiking and biking trails are close by. The property last sold for $1.1 million in 2023.

No. 3 — $985,000 · 3360 N Horseback Trl, Tucson, Arizona

Top home sale No. 3 in Tucson Metro Area, Arizona β€” 3360 N Horseback Trl, Tucson, Arizona, week ending October 25, 2026

At 3.34 acres, this Santa Fe-style horse property in the Tucson Mountains had the largest lot of the week. Built in 2001, the one-story home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,472 square feet, and it sold for $985,000. Downtown Tucson is about 20 minutes away, and the Sweetwater Preserve, with 14 miles of trails, is just down the road.

Saltillo tile runs through the whole home, and viga beams stretch across the great room and the primary bedroom. Five sets of French doors open the great room and the dining room to the light, looking east to the city and west to the Tucson Mountains. The home has three fireplaces, including a beehive fireplace.

A designer reworked the kitchen, which now has custom cabinetry under quartzite counters, a custom range hood and a paneled Sub-Zero refrigerator. It opens into a den with a beverage station and a wood-burning fireplace. The primary bathroom was also remodeled, with custom cabinetry, a shower, a soaking tub and a walk-in closet.

Out back, a long ramada and a saltwater pool sit among native desert plants and mature fruit trees, and raised garden beds fill the lower yard. The property last sold for $800,000 in 2023.

The home went under contract 12 days after it was listed. Evan Timothy Johnson of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, so the same agent was on both sides of the sale.

No. 4 — $853,000 · 3429 E Glenn St, Tucson, Arizona

Top home sale No. 4 in Tucson Metro Area, Arizona β€” 3429 E Glenn St, Tucson, Arizona, week ending October 25, 2026

For decades this Granada Park compound was the home of architect and builder Ron Fridlind, who transformed and expanded it over the years. His work here draws on Japanese design and on life in the desert, with close attention to craft. Built in 1945, the home sold for $853,000.

The home sits well back from the street on 0.86 acres, behind an electronic gate and among courtyards, mature desert plantings and raised garden beds. Visitors arrive at a recessed entry under a steel trellis. Straight-grain Douglas fir covers walls, ceilings and floors, and stone, saguaro-rib ceilings and sculptural steel work fill out the interiors. Each of the three fireplaces is a custom metal piece, with one in the dining room and another in the primary bedroom. Wide panes of glass bring the gardens and the mountain views inside.

The one-story home has two bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,284 square feet. The primary suite has a custom stainless steel shower, a wood sauna and a wood-fired soaking tub, and two large sliding glass panels let the bathing area open fully to the outdoors. The guest suite looks onto the southern courtyard.

A separate 768-square-foot studio, climate controlled and with a half bath, is set up for creative or professional work, and a 280-square-foot detached building adds space for a studio, workshop or storage. There is also a hot tub. The parcel has been surveyed and can be divided, with separate access to the rear portion from Monte Vista.

Darci Hazelbaker and Anne Ranek, both of Tierra Antigua Realty, were the listing agents. Frank Scott Lococo of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer.
