No. 1 — $2,095,000 · 7437 N Mystic Canyon Dr, Tucson, Arizona

Top home sale No. 1 in North Tucson-Foothills Area, Arizona β€” 7437 N Mystic Canyon Dr, Tucson, Arizona, week ending October 25, 2026

The top sale of the week was a Spanish-style home on 1.31 acres in Pima Canyon Estates, a gated community in the Catalina Foothills, which sold for $2,095,000. Built in 1999 on a cul-de-sac, it has three bedrooms, four bathrooms and 3,725 square feet, the most living area of the five homes.

A paver driveway leads to a private courtyard with a fountain and custom metal gates, and a rotunda foyer opens the home. The kitchen and great room were rebuilt rather than refreshed: walls came out and the floor plan was reworked into one large, light-filled room. The kitchen has floor-to-ceiling custom cabinets, a Wolf gas cooktop, a Wolf wall oven and a Wolf steam oven, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator hidden behind cabinet panels. Its oversized porcelain island, topped in Dekton, has seating built into it for meals.

In the great room, hand-hewn corbel beams sit above a herringbone brick floor, and walls of glass look out to the pool, a water feature and the lights of Tucson. The den has a stone fireplace and an arched window that frames the Catalina Mountains, and the formal dining room looks onto the courtyard. The bedrooms are split for privacy. In the primary suite, a two-way fireplace is shared with the bathroom, which has a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower, and a door opens to the backyard. The home has four fireplaces in all, along with a whole-home audio system that reaches the outdoor living areas.

Outside, the pool and spa are finished in blue pebble. A covered veranda has a stone gas fireplace, an outdoor kitchen and a built-in barbecue, and the property also has a dog run. Views take in the mountains and the city, with both sunrise and sunset. The property last sold for $1.11 million in 2019.

The home sold at its full asking price of $2.095 million. Denise Nicole Newton of Realty Executives Arizona Territory was the listing agent, and Alyssa Vanette Endykiewicz of Tierra Antigua Realty represented the buyer.
