Mesa-Superstition Area, Arizona Top 5 Home Sales: Acre-Plus Spyglass Estates Ranch Leads at $1.6 Million

The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Mesa-Superstition Area, Arizona for the week ending October 25, 2026, came to a combined $6.36 million. Every one of them was a single-story home in Mesa, and together they span four decades of building, from a 1980 ranch on a large lot in Spyglass Estates to a home in Eastmark completed in 2021.

The list runs from established neighborhoods such as Forest Knoll to the master-planned community of Las Sendas and the gated streets of Trovita Norte. Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty listed two of the five.

No. 1 — $1,640,000 · 4041 E Hermosa Vista Drive, Mesa, Arizona

Top home sale No. 1 in Mesa-Superstition Area, Arizona β€” 4041 E Hermosa Vista Drive, Mesa, Arizona, week ending October 25, 2026

The top sale of the week was also the oldest home and the largest lot on the list: a 1980 ranch in Spyglass Estates that sits on 1.05 acres along a gated street, with no homeowners association. The home sold for $1,640,000.

The ranch has been thoroughly reworked inside. The kitchen has Fisher & Paykel appliances, granite counters, a pantry and an island with room to eat, and the primary bath has been rebuilt as a wet room. Each of the secondary bedrooms has its own bath, and the plan also includes an office and a game room. The original wood-burning fireplace was kept, one of two fireplaces in the home, and the floors are a mix of wood and tile. At 4,829 square feet, it is the largest home in this week’s group, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The acre is what sets the property apart. There is grass in front and back, and the land has flood irrigation. There is also a sport court, a chicken coop, and a workshop and gym with solar panels that are already paid off. The two-car garage is extended in length, and the property has gated RV parking and ample room for other vehicles. Loop 202 is minutes away, as are Scottsdale and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The property last sold in 2022 for $1.32 million.

Jacob Birkhead and Hudson D Robison of The Broker Reserve LLC were the listing agents. Jessica Dean of RE/MAX Premier represented the buyer.

No. 2 — $1,405,000 · 3858 E Fountain Street, Mesa, Arizona

Top home sale No. 2 in Mesa-Superstition Area, Arizona β€” 3858 E Fountain Street, Mesa, Arizona, week ending October 25, 2026

Built by Taylor Morrison in 2019, this Trovita Norte home sits behind the community’s gates on a corner lot of 0.35 acres, and it was built with vehicles in mind. Its five-car garage is the largest on the list, and an RV gate adds another place to park.

The home sold for $1,405,000. It has 3,995 square feet, five bedrooms, the most of any home in the group, and four full baths and a half bath. Every bedroom has a walk-in closet, and the primary suite has two of them, one notably large, along with a bath that has a double vanity and a separate tub and shower. An office, a game room and a formal dining room round out the plan, and tile runs through the home. The kitchen has quartz counters, a large island and a custom butler’s pantry.

The backyard is built for staying outside. There is a pool, a water feature, a putting green and artificial turf, a gas fire pit, an outdoor fireplace and a custom run for dogs. The property last sold in 2022 for $1.299 million.

Jeremy A Wilson and Elizabeth Wilson of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty were the listing agents, and theirs was one of two listings the brokerage had in this week’s Top 5. Sheri Getten of HomeSmart represented the buyer.

No. 3 — $1,325,000 · 7260 E Eagle Crest Drive #34, Mesa, Arizona

Top home sale No. 3 in Mesa-Superstition Area, Arizona β€” 7260 E Eagle Crest Drive #34, Mesa, Arizona, week ending October 25, 2026

Architect Michael Rust designed this contemporary home in Las Sendas, drawing on the work of Frank Lloyd Wright. Built in 1999 on a hillside lot of 0.96 acres on a cul-de-sac, it faces wide views of Red Mountain and the surrounding desert. It sold for $1,325,000.

Inside, the open plan rises to high ceilings, with long walls of glass and wood floors. The great room opens directly into the kitchen, which has custom cabinets, quartz counters, a six-burner gas cooktop, a wall oven and commercial-grade built-in appliances. In the remodeled bathrooms, glass block is set between brick walls. The primary suite has room for a sitting area, a large walk-in closet and its own door to the backyard, and its bath has a freestanding soaking tub, an oversized walk-in shower and two vanities. The home has 2,890 square feet, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Off the extended three-car garage is a separate climate-controlled flex room with its own door to the backyard, space that is not counted in the home’s square footage.

Outside, stone steps climb the hillside to a private heated spa, and there is a built-in fire pit with seating. Mature desert plantings keep the yard private, and there is room set aside for a future infinity-edge pool. The home was extensively renovated in 2017, the same year the property last sold, for $587,500. Las Sendas residents share pools, tennis and pickleball courts, parks, hiking and biking trails and a fitness center, and Usery Mountain Regional Park and Saguaro Lake are within a short drive.

Lorraine Ryall of Compass was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, the one sale this week in which the same agent was on both sides.

No. 4 — $999,999 · 10545 E Thorite Avenue, Mesa, Arizona

Top home sale No. 4 in Mesa-Superstition Area, Arizona β€” 10545 E Thorite Avenue, Mesa, Arizona, week ending October 25, 2026

The newest home on the list, completed in 2021, is in The Estates at Eastmark, a gated enclave inside the larger Eastmark community. It sold for $999,999.

The single-level home has 3,720 square feet, three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a four-car garage on a lot of 0.30 acres with no neighbors behind it. Coffered ceilings 12 feet high top the great room and the formal dining room, and a sliding glass wall 20 feet wide opens the home to the outdoors. Large porcelain tiles with the look of concrete cover the main living areas, and faux wood beams add warmth.

The kitchen centers on a leathered granite island and a full line of Monogram appliances, including a 48-inch gas range with a pot filler, double ovens and a wine refrigerator. Sliding barn doors close off a den that can serve as an office. A separate wing with its own living room and en-suite bedrooms opens onto a private courtyard, a layout suited to guests or relatives who live with the family.

Gas and electric lines have already been run in the backyard for a future pool, and for now there is a heated spa and a gas fire pit. Residents of The Estates have their own clubhouse with a pool and fitness center, and the wider Eastmark community has parks, a lake, trails and an 18-hole disc golf course. The property last sold in 2021 for $762,540.

Shelly Albetta and Elizabeth Albetta-DiGiovann of eXp Realty were the listing agents. Ruthmarie Zimmerman of Good Oak Real Estate represented the buyer.
