These are the five highest-priced home sales reported in Glendale-Peoria, Arizona for the week ending October 25, 2026, and together they came to $4.98 million. Four of the homes are in Peoria and one is in Beaufort. All five are single-story single-family homes, and they were built between 2003 and 2025, so the list runs from an established hillside neighborhood to homes barely a year old.
No. 1 — $1,250,000 · 27562 N 83rd Glen, Peoria, Arizona

The week’s top sale was a Santa Barbara/Tuscan-style home in Westwing Mountain in Peoria, which sold furnished for $1,250,000. TW Lewis built it in 2003, which makes it the oldest of the five homes. The lot is on a hillside and on a cul-de-sac, and the property fronts a wash. The views are panoramic, taking in the desert as well as Westwing and Sunrise mountains.
A custom wood front door opens to ceilings as high as 12 feet, lighted art niches and floors of hickory and slate tile. The main living spaces are open and centered on a great room, and the eat-in kitchen has quartz counters, an island and a pantry. One of the five bedrooms is a private guest suite with its own bathroom, suited to a visiting parent or a long stay. The home has two fireplaces, one of them outdoors, and a three-car garage built with extra length and height.
Outdoors, the home has a heated negative-edge pool, a heated private spa, a built-in barbecue and covered space for entertaining. The property last sold for $698,499 in 2018.
