Fort Wayne, Indiana Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Pond-View Home in Leo’s Tullymore Run Leads at $1.2 Million

The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Fort Wayne metro area for the week ending October 11, 2026, added up to $4.69 million. All five are in Allen County: four in Fort Wayne and one in Leo.

These are custom-built family homes, most with five bedrooms and every one with a garage for at least three cars. The oldest dates to 1999 and the newest was built this year, the only new construction in the group. Their lots run from about a third of an acre in Eagle Rock to more than three acres off Union Chapel Road, and two of the five homes look out on ponds.

No. 1 — $1,175,000 · 10479 Beaugreen Cv, Leo, Indiana

Top home sale No. 1 in the Fort Wayne metro area β€” 10479 Beaugreen Cv, Leo, Indiana, week ending October 11, 2026

The top sale of the week is a one-story Traditional home built in 2021 on a pond lot in Tullymore Run, in Leo and within the Leo School District. It sold for $1,175,000 and is the largest home in this Top 5, with 5,468 square feet of living space, four bedrooms and six bathrooms on 0.66 acres.

The kitchen is built around Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, custom cabinetry, an oversized island and two walk-in pantries, and it opens to a great room with tall ceilings and wide windows facing the water. Beamed and cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors and two fireplaces carry through the main level. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a tiled shower. The primary suite is on the main floor, with heated bathroom floors, a soaking tub with a separate shower and a walk-in closet that has its own laundry hookup.

Below, a finished daylight basement gets plenty of natural light and connects to the garage. Outside, a covered living area has a built-in gas grilling station with granite counters, and there is a fire pit. The heated four-car garage has epoxy floors and EV charging, and the home also has powered window shades, whole-home water filtration and 8-foot doors on the main level.

Top home sale No. 2 in the Fort Wayne metro area β€” 4716 Union Chapel Rd, Fort Wayne, Indiana, week ending October 11, 2026

At $980,000, the second-highest sale is a Colonial in Fort Wayne, custom-built in 1999 by Bob Beuscher. It sits on a private cul-de-sac and backs to a creek, one of six homes in an enclave that has no homeowners association, only protective restrictions. Much of the appeal is outdoors. The grounds have an in-ground saltwater pool, a covered pavilion, a fire pit and a court for basketball and pickleball, and there is a large deck at the back of the home. A 24-by-35-foot outbuilding can serve as storage or a workshop.

The home has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and 4,554 square feet. On the main level, the primary suite has access to a deck, a jetted tub, a tiled walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet. The kitchen has granite counters, room to eat and a big pantry, and the home also has a formal dining room and a private office. A four-season solarium looks out over landscaped grounds. Upstairs are a second primary suite and two more bedrooms that share a Jack-and-Jill bath. The finished basement has a recreation room with a full wet bar, plus two bonus rooms, and the home has central vacuum and a whole-house generator.

Andrea Shepherd of Mike Thomas Assoc., Inc was the listing agent, and Edie A Bloom, also of Mike Thomas Assoc., Inc, represented the buyer. With this sale and the No. 1 sale, Mike Thomas Assoc., Inc had the listings for the two highest-priced sales in this week’s Top 5.
