These are the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Harrisburg metro area for the week ending October 11, 2026, and together they came to $3.783 million. Three of the homes are in Cumberland County, in Mechanicsburg, Carlisle and Camp Hill, and two are in Dauphin County, in Hummelstown and Harrisburg.
The group spans more than three decades of building, from a 1988 brick ranch to a home finished in 2023, and runs from a quarter-acre lot to a little over five acres. All five are single-family homes, and none waited long for a buyer: the quickest went under contract four days after it was listed, the slowest in 10.

The top sale of the week was 104 Scenic Ridge Drive in the Ridgewood neighborhood of Hummelstown, which sold for $875,000, its full asking price. The home went under contract four days after it was listed, the fastest of the five.

Outside, the 0.26-acre lot has a deck, extensive hardscaping, a screened porch and a fenced backyard, and the home has a view of the trees. Walking trails run directly behind the home and through the neighborhood. The walk-out lower level is a blank slate for a new owner. Ridgewood is close to Hershey Medical Center and Hersheypark. The property last sold for $685,000 in 2022.
