No. 1 — $3,100,000 · 616 NE 2nd St, Bentonville, Arkansas

Top home sale No. 1 in the Fayetteville-Springdale-Rogers metro area β€” 616 NE 2nd St, Bentonville, Arkansas, week ending October 11, 2026

The week’s top sale was a brick home on a 0.43-acre city lot in downtown Bentonville, which sold for $3,100,000. Built in 2020, it has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, four full and three half, along with 6,008 square feet of living space, the most of any home on this week’s list.

Inside, an open living area leads into a kitchen with stainless appliances, a hidden pantry and a wet bar of its own. Cathedral ceilings, wood floors and built-ins appear through the home, which is wired for sound and set up with smart-home controls. There are two fireplaces, one in the living room and one outdoors, and a mud room handles the comings and goings.

The lawn is fenced and professionally landscaped. A covered deck of Brazilian ipe has a hot tub, and the grounds also include a large saltwater pool with a spa and an outdoor shower. The location is a large part of the appeal: the Bentonville Square and its farmers market are nearby, as are Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, the Walmart Global Campus and the city’s biking trails. The property last sold before the current house was built, for $320,000 in 2018.

Ashleigh Bennet of Engel & Volkers Bentonville was the listing agent, and Cameron Torabi of Mason Capital Group Real Estate Investment & Trust represented the buyer in the highest-priced sale of the week.

No. 2 — $2,150,000 · 212 SW Glover St, Bentonville, Arkansas

Top home sale No. 2 in the Fayetteville-Springdale-Rogers metro area β€” 212 SW Glover St, Bentonville, Arkansas, week ending October 11, 2026

A new custom home a short distance away in downtown Bentonville sold for $2,150,000. Completed this year, it rises three stories on a 6,969-square-foot lot, the smallest of the five, and has a brick exterior with metal siding and Masonite.

White oak defines the interior. It covers the floors in every room and returns in the built-ins and the kitchen cabinetry, while exposed beams cross the open living area. The kitchen pairs Taj Mahal quartz counters and a full-height backsplash with a 48-inch Dacor gas range and a butler’s pantry. A private office has 18-foot beamed ceilings and oversized windows.

The home has four bedrooms, six bathrooms (four full and two half) and 4,125 square feet. The primary bedroom is on the first floor, and the three bedrooms upstairs each have their own bath. A bonus space on the third floor could serve as a second office, a media room or a gym. Laundry rooms on two floors and a dog-washing station round out the practical side, and the outdoor living area has room for a pool. Trails and restaurants downtown are close at hand.

Matthew Freeman of Real Broker NWA was the listing agent. Wayne Sisk of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Journey represented the buyer.

Fayetteville’s historic district is the setting for the week’s third-highest sale, a modern home built in 2018 that sold for $2,120,000. Its exterior combines redwood siding with rock and concrete, and it sits on a sloped, wooded 0.58-acre lot whose landscaped grounds include a seasonal creek.

Large windows and skylights fill the 4,930 square feet with daylight. All four bedrooms are suites, and the home has five bathrooms, three full and two half. Beyond the bedrooms are a formal dining room, an office, a bonus room and a full gym. The kitchen is built around a waterfall quartz island, with professional-grade appliances, custom cabinetry and a walk-in pantry that opens through to the garage.
