No. 1 — $4,600,000 · 2035 Saint Andrews Cir, Carmel, Indiana

Top home sale No. 1 in the Indianapolis metro area β€” 2035 Saint Andrews Cir, Carmel, Indiana, week ending October 11, 2026

The week’s top sale came from the Crooked Stick Golf Club community in Carmel, where a French Provincial home on the golf course sold for $4,600,000. New Generation Homes built it in 2020 off the second tee box of the Pete Dye championship course. The brick and stone home sits on a 1.20-acre cul-de-sac lot with mature trees, and its 15,419 square feet of living space is the most of any home in this week’s five.

In the living room, beams and coffers finish the high ceilings above a fireplace. The kitchen is set up for entertaining, with handcrafted B&L cabinetry, stone countertops and a custom range hood, along with double ovens and two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Each of the six bedrooms has its own bath, and three half baths bring the total to nine. A Savant smart-home system runs the home, and there is an elevator.

Much of the space is given over to recreation. An athletic wing has a half-court indoor basketball gym, an exercise room and an indoor hockey practice room, and the home also has a private cinema, a sauna and two laundry rooms. The full basement is finished, with daylight and ceilings of nine feet or more. Outside are a large screened porch, an outdoor kitchen and a heated saltwater gunite pool with a heated in-ground hot tub. The attached garage has room for four cars. The property last sold for $565,000 in 2019, before the current home was built.

William Mitchell of eXp Realty, LLC was a listing agent for the home, as was Michelle Dumas. Trina Roth of CENTURY 21 Scheetz represented the buyer in the week’s largest sale.
