Las Vegas, Nevada Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: $25 Million Summerlin Estate Leads the Week

These are the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Las Vegas metro area for the week ending October 11, 2026, and together they came to $49.39 million. Three of the homes are in Las Vegas, with one each in Summerlin and Henderson, and all five are two-story single-family homes in Clark County.

Two are new construction completed in 2025, a third was custom built in 2024, and the oldest dates to 1978. Between them they cover hillside, golf and guard-gated communities, along with one of the more unusual properties in the valley’s history.

The week’s top sale came from inside the guard gates of The Summit Club in Summerlin, where a new custom estate at 11588 Stardust Drive sold for $25,000,000. Tilt 23 Studios designed the home and Jewel Homes developed it, and it was completed in 2025 on 1.35 acres, the largest lot among the five.

The two-story home has 11,126 square feet, six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the most bedrooms and bathrooms of any home on the list. The primary bedroom is on the main floor, and the living room has a gas fireplace. For entertainment there are a movie theater and a Full Swing golf simulator. A wellness suite includes a fitness room and an infrared sauna.

Wine is displayed behind glass, and Crestron automation controls the home. Televisions drop down out of sight so they do not block the views of the city, the mountains and the Strip. The home has a circular driveway and a side-loading four-car garage that is air-conditioned and has electric-vehicle charging. Outdoors there are a courtyard, a covered patio, a fire pit and a built-in barbecue, set in desert landscaping with trees and no neighbors behind.

The Summit Club covers more than 500 acres and has a golf course designed by Tom Fazio, a private clubhouse and round-the-clock security. The property last sold for $5.25 million in 2022, before the current home was built.

Kamran D. Zand of Luxury Estates International was the listing agent, and Andrew J. Grasso IV of Platinum Real Estate Prof represented the buyer. Luxury Estates International also listed the No. 4 sale, giving the brokerage two of the week’s five highest-priced homes.
