Denver, Colorado Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Cherry Hills Village Leads at $3.5 Million as Cherry Creek, Evergreen and Littleton Follow

These are the highest-priced home sales reported in the Denver metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, and together they came to $16.025 million. All five are single-family homes, and each is in a different city: Cherry Hills Village, Denver, Greenwood Village, Littleton and Evergreen.

Arapahoe and Jefferson counties each had two of the sales, and Denver County had one. Two gated communities in the southern suburbs, an urban neighborhood close to shops and restaurants, and two properties of several acres at the edge of the mountains make up the group. The top sale closed at $3.5 million, and the last two were tied at $3 million apiece.

No. 1 — $3,500,000 · 1 Gooseberry Ln, Cherry Hills Village, Colorado

Top home sale No. 1 in the Denver, Colorado metro area β€” 1 Gooseberry Ln, Cherry Hills Village, Colorado, week ending October 4, 2026

The week’s top sale came from inside Buell Mansion, a private community in Cherry Hills Village where guards staff the gate around the clock. The home there sold for $3,500,000. It has six bedrooms, the most of any home in this week’s group, and 6,371 square feet of living space, with an attached garage.

Beamed ceilings rise over the great room, which has a fireplace, and the main level also has a chef’s kitchen, a formal dining room and a private study. The primary suite is on that level too, with its own fireplace and a steam bath. Downstairs, the finished lower level adds a second kitchen and a wet bar, along with a wine room, a media room and a game room, plus a bedroom and a bathroom for guests.

Outdoor space is spread across several patios and decks. A slate patio is built around a fireplace, and an upper-level patio has a wet bar, another fireplace and wide views. The yard is fully fenced and includes a dog run. Residents of the community share a clubhouse, an outdoor pool and tennis courts, and the historic mansion itself can be used for private events. The location is convenient to the High Line Canal, Cherry Hills Country Club and the shopping and dining of Cherry Creek, and the home is in the Cherry Creek School District.

Melissa Cochrane of Corken & Company Real Estate was the listing agent on the highest-priced sale of the week.

Top home sale No. 2 in the Denver, Colorado metro area β€” 550 Fillmore Street, Denver, Colorado, week ending October 4, 2026

Behind a gate on a hill in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood, two blocks from a run of restaurants and shops, a Denver Square sold for $3,375,000. The home was built in 2011 with recycled brick and has been completely remodeled, pairing the familiar form of the style with a warm, modern interior of cedar detailing, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that bring in daylight.

An office with a fireplace sits near the front of the main level, and custom built-in shelving lines the formal dining room. The center of the home is an open kitchen and family room with a second fireplace. The kitchen has a large island, a built-in breakfast nook, a bar and a walk-in pantry. From the back of the family room, the home opens to a broad outdoor living area with a deck for dining, a built-in grill station and places to sit beneath aspens and mature plantings.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom looks out into the trees and has its own bath and a custom walk-in closet. The full basement has two more bedrooms, one now used as a gym, and a large recreation and lounge room. In all, the home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms in 4,019 square feet on a 5,370-square-foot lot. No. 3 — $3,150,000 · 4053 E Iris Ct, Greenwood Village, Colorado

Top home sale No. 3 in the Denver, Colorado metro area β€” 4053 E Iris Ct, Greenwood Village, Colorado, week ending October 4, 2026

Arched entryways, a concrete tile roof and walls of stone, stucco and brick give this Greenwood Village home its Tuscan character, softened by French country touches. It stands on a 0.75-acre corner lot on a cul-de-sac in The Preserve at Greenwood Village, a community with miles of private trails, and it sold for $3,150,000. The Denver Tech Center and Park Meadows are within minutes.

Inside, wood beams and stone surfaces carry the old-world feeling through rooms with cathedral ceilings and crown molding. The chef’s kitchen has an island and an eating area, and there is a separate dining room for more formal meals. With 6,820 square feet, it is the largest home in this week’s group, yet it has three bedrooms, the fewest among the five. The primary suite is on the main level, and two more bedrooms are upstairs. The home has three full baths and three half baths and a four-car garage.

The basement is partly finished, and two unfinished spaces there are left for a new owner to turn into bedrooms, a gym or a theater. The home was built in 2006 and stayed with its original owners from then on. The property last sold for $500,000 in 2005, before the current home was built.

Mitch Lazar of Compass-Denver was the listing agent.

No. 4 — $3,000,000 · 12767 Grizzly Drive, Littleton, Colorado

Top home sale No. 4 in the Denver, Colorado metro area β€” 12767 Grizzly Drive, Littleton, Colorado, week ending October 4, 2026

Red rock and canyon country frame the 5.07-acre setting of this single-story ranch in Littleton’s Grizzly Estates, where the foothills begin. The family that built the home in 2008 is the only one that has lived there. The property last sold for $447,000 in 2007, before the current home was built.

A solid alder door between twin pillars leads into a main level with vaulted cedar plank ceilings, solid wood beams and columns wrapped in knotty alder. The great room centers on a stone-veneer gas fireplace and built-in alder shelving, and double doors 16 feet tall open to the backyard. In the kitchen, a six-burner Wolf cooktop with a vented hood works alongside double ovens, slate tile behind the counters, granite surfaces and a walk-in pantry. The primary suite opens to the deck and mountain views, and its bath, lit by a skylight, has a Kohler tub and a slate shower with two heads.

Three of the four bedrooms are on the main level. The walk-out lower level has a bar with its own kitchen, media and game rooms, and a guest suite that opens to a patio, with some space still unfinished. The home has three full baths and one half bath in 6,352 square feet, and a three-car garage. Out back, a deck with a built-in grill looks down on a saltwater pool with a motorized locking cover, plus a heated hot tub. The neighborhood has no homeowners association, and the zoning allows two horses.

The home went under contract two days after it was listed and sold for $3,000,000, which was $150,000 above its asking price of $2.85 million. Daniel Gurzhiev of Fixed Rate Real Estate, LLC was the listing agent, and Ashleigh Schlender of Keller Williams DTC represented the buyer.
