Fort Collins, Colorado Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: $2.60 Million Loveland Closing Heads the Week

The four-bedroom house at 2923 Heron Lakes Pkwy, completed in 2021 in the Heron Lakes community of Loveland, overlooks Lone Tree Reservoir and mountains that include Longs Peak. Its September 23 closing at $2.60 million was the highest-priced of five home sales reported across the Fort Collins, Colorado metro area for the week of September 21 through September 27, 2026, a group that came to $8.45 million.

Loveland, Jansma, Trappers Point, Harmony Club and Kechter Farm all figure in the week’s five. The list also carries an equestrian property on more than six acres, a patio home along a Timnath fairway and a nine-bedroom residence in Fort Collins.

The property previously changed hands for $380,000 in 2019, before the current residence was completed in 2021.

Listing materials identify the residence as one that was featured in Architectural Digest. Four bedrooms and five bathrooms occupy a reported 6,290 square feet, and the floor plan takes in a chef’s kitchen, a private office and multiple indoor and outdoor entertaining areas.
