The 1971 residence at 226 High Drive occupies 1.21 acres in Spokane’s Comstock area, with three bedrooms, five bathrooms, a lower-level gym and sauna, a library and a terraced backyard set above the city. Its September 24 closing led five reported home sales that together came to $6.79 million.

The week’s sales reach well beyond the city limits, taking in Comstock, Nine Mile Falls, Greenacres, Moran South Estates and Riverfront. The oldest house on the list dates to 1971 and the newest was completed in 2025, and the group also takes in lakefront property at Long Lake, a boatable stretch of the Spokane River and new construction on Spokane’s South Hill.

The High Drive property sold for $2,150,000 in a September 24, 2026 transaction, the highest reported price in the Spokane metro area for the week. The 1971 house carries three bedrooms, five bathrooms and a reported 4,315 square feet on a 1.21-acre parcel, and it previously changed hands for $807,000 in 2022.

An interior designer guided a renovation that reworked the house throughout. The entry hall opens to a vaulted living room with a gas fireplace and custom built-ins, and the kitchen is finished with rift-sawn oak cabinetry, Calacatta marble, a paneled Fisher & Paykel refrigerator, a Wolf range, a Bosch steam oven and a butler’s pantry.
