The Westwood Lane house in Adel went under contract 8 days after the current listing date. It was one of five closings reported across the Des Moines metro area for the week of September 21 through September 27, 2026, and together the five totaled $6.46 million.

The five sales span Adel, Granger, West Des Moines and Waukee, with West Des Moines represented twice. They range from a Parkhaven house built in 1995 to a West Des Moines residence that SJ Home Builders completed this year. RE/MAX Concepts held the listing side of both the No. 1 and No. 3 sales.
