The house at 7602 Pemberley Dr sits on a wooded 0.94-acre lot in Oak Ridge and went under contract 24 days after the current listing date. Its sale was one of five reported home sales across the Greensboro metro area for the week of September 21 through September 27, 2026, a group that combined for $7.09 million.

The week’s sales ran through the Pemberley Estates At Oak Ridge, Herons Nest and Ashford communities, a Williard Road property in Oak Ridge, and New Irving Park in Greensboro.
