Choeff Levy Fischman Architecture + Design designed the house at 126 W San Marino Dr, a bayfront property on the southwest side of San Marino Island, one of the Venetian Islands in Miami Beach, with clear views across Biscayne Bay to the Downtown Miami skyline. A private multi-vessel dock, a negative-edge pool and spa and a rooftop entertaining level are among its features.

The five highest-priced reported home sales in the Miami metro area for the week ending September 27, 2026 combined for $113.62 million. Three Miami Beach closings, on San Marino Island, on Hibiscus Island and in San Marco, sit alongside sales in Spanish River Land in Boca Raton and North Shore Terr in West Palm Beach.

The San Marino Island house led the metro at $33 million, in a transaction completed September 22, 2026. Built in 2018, the five-bedroom residence has seven baths and a reported 7,890 square feet, and it occupies a 15,750-square-foot bayfront parcel with 90 feet of waterfrontage. The property previously changed hands for $17,288,000 in 2018.

Entertaining rooms open through floor-to-ceiling Fleetwood glass doors to the grounds. The house holds five bedroom suites, a private office, a family room, a theater and a wine room, and the kitchen is fitted with Miele appliances and gas cooking alongside a separate catering kitchen.
