Tucson, Arizona Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: $1.63 Million Closing Heads a $6.78 Million Week

The house at 6211 N Paseo Zaldivar came with an infinity-edge pool, a four-car garage and live-edge mesquite shelving, and it sold for more than any other home reported in the Tucson metro area during the week of September 14 to 20. Five closings made the list, totaling $6.78 million.

The addresses fall in Tucson and Oro Valley, reaching into the Catalina Foothills and the gated Stone Canyon community. Prices ran from $1.25 million to $1.63 million, and the properties ranged from a 1954 mid-century residence on 2.85 acres to a house completed in 2023.
