Built in 2017 with a stone and stucco exterior, it sits on a 10,058-square-foot lot with no neighbors directly behind it.
Much of the life of this home is outdoors. The backyard has an in-ground pool, a hot tub, lawn and several seating areas, and views reach out to the hills. There is a California room and a covered patio, and a pergola, a built-in barbecue and an outdoor fireplace round out the space for cooking and gathering.
