Four separate buildings sit behind walls and double gates on nearly five usable acres on El Apajo in the Rancho Santa Fe Village: a single-level main residence, a theater house, a two-story showcase building with a gym and guest quarters above it, and a detached guest house. Sylvester Construction designed and built the 2007 compound, and its sale headed five transactions reported across the San Diego, California metro area for the week ending September 27, 2026, which together accounted for $41.45 million.

The rest of the week’s reported sales landed in La Jolla, in the Santaluz community within the city of San Diego and in Leucadia in Encinitas, with Rancho Santa Fe accounting for the No. 3 closing as well as the leader.
