It was one of five reported home sales across the Salisbury, Maryland metro area for the week ending September 6, 2026, together totaling $14.65 million.

Three of the week’s sales closed in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, with the others in Millsboro, Delaware, and Bishopville, Maryland.
