Real Launches Leo Pro, Token-Priced AI Agents Built Into Its Brokerage Platform

Real REMAX Group's Real brokerage unveiled Leo Pro at its RISE conference, an AI platform that takes plain-language requests, runs more than three dozen task agents billed by token, and checks with agents before important actions.

Real Launches Leo Pro, Token-Priced AI Agents Built Into Its Brokerage Platform

The Real Brokerage has introduced Leo Pro, a new version of its in-house artificial intelligence. Under the new model, agents describe a task in plain language, the software decides how to carry it out, and agents pay per job with “Leo Tokens” rather than a flat software fee. Real announced Leo Pro on Oct. 20, 2026 at RISE, its annual agent conference in Las Vegas. On the same day it launched Referral Central, a tool for sending and tracking agent-to-agent referrals inside reZEN, the brokerage’s proprietary operating system.

The launch follows Real’s completed takeover of RE/MAX, after which the combined company began trading on Nasdaq as Real REMAX Group (REAX). Real says it supports more than 36,000 agents. According to the release, the combined parent has more than 180,000 agents, over 100,000 of them in the U.S. and Canada.

How Leo Pro is supposed to work

The pitch is that agents should not have to know anything about AI. Real says Leo Pro does not require agents “to choose AI models, select tools or write prompts.” Instead, it “determines the right capabilities for each task and coordinates the work behind the scenes.” The work it lists covers most of an agent’s non-client hours. That includes turning listing photos into video tours, drafting social posts and marketing materials, booking showings, sending properties that match a buyer’s saved search, preparing listing presentations and automating transaction tasks.

Real says Leo Pro keeps working while an agent is with clients or away from the office, and “checks with the agent for approval before important actions are taken.” The release does not define which actions count as important.

“Leo Pro is not here to replace the real estate agent. It’s here to make the agent more powerful,” said Pritesh Damani, chief technology officer of Real REMAX Group. “Leo Pro can take a request, figure out what needs to happen and coordinate the work across the tools an agent already uses. … The goal is simple: You ask, and Leo Pro gets the work done.”

Several components launched at RISE alongside it:

  • Leo Pro AI Agents, a library of specialized agents for marketing, listings, transactions and business operations. Real says more than three dozen are available now, with more to come. This is the part funded by Leo Tokens, “allowing agents to pay for the work they need rather than paying for software they may not use.” The release does not give token prices.
  • Leo Pro AI Builder, a no-code tool that lets agents and teams build their own AI agents on the same foundation. Real says it is available to all agents beginning at RISE.
  • Leo Pro Voice, which lets agents talk through tasks and give approvals by voice. The company says it was made available for the first time at the conference.
  • Leo Pro AiRM, which connects an agent’s CRM to Leo Pro. Real says it can follow up with leads, re-engage cold prospects and bring those conversations into a single inbox. By combining CRM records with property and ownership data, it can also “surface contacts who may be ready to make a move.”

Real is also extending HeyLeo, the consumer home-search concierge it first announced in 2025. New features include Leo Line, a dedicated number clients can text to reach their agent; SMS notifications for new leads; persistent consumer accounts; and a feature that lets agents curate and send properties from inside a Leo conversation.

Referral Central and the RE/MAX network

Referral Central lets a Real agent find a colleague elsewhere to take a client, matched by “production data and service areas,” and send the referral agreement in a few clicks. Agents can list their own specialties so colleagues can find them, and referrals sent and received are tracked in one place. Real says it is available to all Real agents at RISE.

Jenna Rozenblat, president of Real REMAX Group, tied the tool directly to the merger. “As we continue to build on the strength of the Real network, including through our recent acquisition of REMAX, we see significant opportunities to connect agents with more resources and ways to grow their businesses,” she said. As written, the release describes Referral Central as a tool for Real agents. It does not say when, or whether, RE/MAX’s franchise agents will be able to use it.

Part of a wider brokerage AI race

Leo itself is not new. Real announced plans for an AI-powered digital concierge in May 2023 and added the consumer-facing HeyLeo in 2025. What changes with Leo Pro is the move from an assistant that answers questions to software that carries out multistep work, and the usage-based pricing that comes with it.

Rival brokerages and portals are moving the same way. On Oct. 8, eXp Realty opened its data to agents’ own AI tools, and Realtor.com has put agentic AI in front of 192,000 agents with RealAssist. On our reading, the competition is shifting from whose AI writes the best listing description to whose software can be trusted to act on an agent’s behalf. That makes Real’s approval step, and how much each task costs in tokens, the details agents will want to see in practice.

“Technology should make agents more capable, not less important,” said Tamir Poleg, chairman and chief executive of Real REMAX Group.
