New York, New York Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: A $19.2 Million Peconic Farm Estate Leads the Week

These are the highest-priced home sales reported in the New York metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, and together the five sold for $63.47 million.

Two of the sales were in Suffolk County, one on the North Fork in Peconic and one in Westhampton Beach. The others were in Manhattan, in Bedford Hills in Westchester County and in Spring Lake in Monmouth County. Four were single-family homes, and one was a condominium.

No. 1 — $19,175,000 · 4170/3375 & 1985 Indian Neck & Leslie Road Lane, Peconic, New York

Indian Neck Farm covers 103.62 acres along a deep-water creek on Long Island’s North Fork, and it sold for $19,175,000. The estate home was built in 1981 and has 11 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms, but much of what sets the property apart lies outside its walls.

About 60 acres are given over to a certified organic farm. Along with a chef’s garden, it has a greenhouse with an apothecary attached, and its equipment includes solar technology, cooling systems and machinery for washing vegetables. Another 20 acres are pasture for animals. The land is also home to wildlife, from pheasant and quail to owls and red-tailed hawks.

The property’s 60-foot floating dock sits on a sheltered cove at its east end, and New York State has given the property a designation that allows shellfish to be harvested year-round.

For recreation there are tennis, a full putting green, a short-game golf course and a simulator barn. A separate fitness and wellness barn is equipped with an infrared sauna, a hyperbaric chamber, a cryotherapy unit and a cold tub, as well as a Pilates reformer, free weights and indoor cycling in front of a video wall. By the pool, a bar and grill has its own pizza oven. The main home has a gourmet kitchen, guest rooms with their own baths and lounges with fireplaces, and the grounds also include stables, an arena and a workshop.

Down a private road in Westhampton Beach, 171 Oneck Lane overlooks the Westhampton Beach Country Club, with views across the fairways of the third hole. The estate home was completed in 2025, the newest of the five, and it sold for $9,250,000. The property last sold for $1.93 million in 2023, before the current home was built.

The cedar-clad home has 10,316 square feet on 0.92 acres, with seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, an elevator and an attached two-car garage. Past the entrance foyer, the main floor opens up under high and coffered ceilings. In the kitchen, Wolf, Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances sit behind panels, a quartz slab forms the backsplash and an oversized island has seating. A double-sided gas fireplace is shared by the living area and a lounge with a built-in bar, and wide glass sliders lead outside. A junior primary suite on the first floor gives guests their own bath.

Upstairs, the primary suite has a private balcony with golf course views, a fireplace and two walk-in closets, and its bath includes a soaking tub and a double vanity. The same floor has a bunk room with a sitting area of its own. Inside are wood and tile floors, decorative molding and a mix of living and dining rooms, and outside there are a balcony, an outdoor shower and a two-car garage. Spring Lake itself is known for its boardwalk and beaches, its tree-lined streets and a downtown of shops and restaurants.

Skyland Farm, at 149 Narrows Road in Bedford Hills, spreads across 24.54 acres of rolling, landscaped land with views of water. The two-story Colonial farmhouse dates to 1939 and sold for $7,650,000. The property last sold for $5 million in 2018.

The home has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms and 8,602 square feet. Its center is a great room with barn-beam ceilings and a fieldstone fireplace, open to a designer kitchen that runs into areas for dining and lounging. The primary suite is downstairs, with a walk-in dressing closet and a bath with a rain shower and soaking tub. Next to it, a paneled library with its own fireplace and an office open through French doors to the pool.

The grounds are set up for horses, with a five-stall barn that has a wash stall and tack room, paddocks and a riding ring, and the property is on the BRLA, for walking and riding. There are also a tennis court, an art studio, a gym, a sports barn and a greenhouse, along with a pool house, a guest cottage and garage space for four cars.
