The property at 10 Rockmeadow Road in Westwood last sold for $400,000 in 2001, before the current house was built. It stands on 0.94 acres in a walk-to-town neighborhood, surrounded by mature plantings, with a porch, a composite deck, a fenced yard, fruit trees and a stone wall.
