These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania for the week ending November 1, 2026, and together they came to $7.1 million. The sales were spread across five towns: Eagleville, Flourtown, Horsham, Conshohocken and Blue Bell.
The top three each sold for $1.4 million or more. Two of the homes sit in communities with their own clubhouse and outdoor pool, and one of the five was new construction.
No. 1 — $1,600,000 · 2617 Hawthorn Dr, Eagleville, Pennsylvania

The most unusual room at 2617 Hawthorn Drive is one a visitor would not find without being shown. The finished lower level of this 2022 Colonial in the Reserve at Center Square is reached through a door disguised as a bookcase, and it has been soundproofed and fitted out in the spirit of a speakeasy. There is a full wet bar with its own island, sink, dishwasher, beverage refrigerator and icemaker, several lounge areas and a six-foot electric fireplace.
The home sold for $1,600,000, its full asking price. With six bedrooms, it had the most of any home in this week’s group, along with six baths (five full and one half) and 5,356 square feet of living space on a 0.38-acre lot. Upstairs, a loft adds living space, and the primary suite has an accent wall with a built-in electric fireplace, a tiled shower and a walk-in closet with a center island. One bedroom is on the main level, with its own bath, alongside a den, a pantry and an open living, dining and kitchen area lit by a large picture window. The home has four fireplaces in all, and the attached three-car garage has epoxy floors and custom cabinets.
The backyard is built for use in every season. A covered patio has a natural gas fireplace and weather-rated screens that lower by remote, a hot tub sits beyond it, and a custom pavilion has an outdoor kitchen with a grill, sink, refrigerator and wet bar. The Eagleville property is minutes from Heebner Park, the Zacharias Creek Trail and Skippack Village. It last sold for $1.299 million in 2023.
