In The Masters at Mariana Butte in Loveland, the No. 2 sale is a custom contemporary home that Aspen Homes of Colorado built in 2017. It has five bedrooms, the most in this group, along with four bathrooms and 5,817 square feet on a 0.37-acre lot near the golf course. Large windows in the great room look out on Devil’s Backbone, the golf course, ponds and the mountains.
