Build years run from 1900 to 2018, and land runs through the group: 40 acres on the leading sale, nearly 12 in Mason, a nature reserve behind the Okemos house and a golf course beyond the last.

The week’s highest reported price landed in Williamston. The house at 3181 Moyer Road, built in 1900, sold for $750,000 on August 7, 2026, and carries four bedrooms, three full baths and a reported 3,443 square feet on 40 acres of mature hardwoods, pines and walking trails.
