The five leading closings reported across the metro that week combined for $4.24 million in Lakeland-area real estate.

The five sales span Auburndale, the Ashton Oaks and Treymont communities in Lakeland, Babson Park and Lake Alfred. Their build years run from 1977 to 2025, three of the houses carry lake frontage, and Tapia Construction is named as the builder on two of the week’s closings.
